ART

Picture in my mind.

This is kind of an ongoing thing. Its a drawing I go back to now and again. Its supposed to be a picture of my life, and events in it.

The top part of the page is good stuff and the bottom half is bad stuff...  I'm hoping I will fill the top part more than the bottom but right now Im seeing the bottom half is fuller.

Can You Help Me?

While finding art is relaxing me I decided to do an experiment (just for fun) and in my prayer time I took my pencil and started to draw while praying. I just let my hand move freely around the page being careful not5 to influence it with an ideas I my have be getting.

The first picture Amazed me and what I saw I highlights with a marker pen. While a light freaked out by it, I did find it amazing that I had drawn it.

The second picture wasn't so great but still interesting as I could see stuff in it that may have meaning. 

Is this just a fluke? what do you think?

Learning To Relax.

Ive been learning some tecniques of drawing and finding sitting at home with music on in the back ground so calming. (Ill post some of my stuff on here).

Its one of those things I found helps me to think and in some ways helps me to forget the hassle of the day. Why didnt I find this before, Im no Davichi or Picasso and some things are just crazy to just get onto paper, but im getting better and will post stuf as I do then. 

They say a picture paints a thousand word

I've been getting into art and looking at it in a different way. Seeing some great pictures and hearing the meaning behind them helps me to understand easier (because I'm simple) about things in the bible. Like Ive said before I'm not a great reader but some of the Art I've seen really do speak a thousand words

Some of the Art that I find tells me so much.

The Rapture

The artwork illustrates how things possibly may look on that day when our Lord Jesus returns for His Church and all believers  are “caught up” with Him as His bride

Jesus Carries Gun

OK. bet you look at this Picture in shock, but that the good think about art. Look closer and youll se that the gun Gun seems to replace the cross. Maybe a symbol that the the gun (like the cross) is a sign of death (?)

Look at the solders in the back ground, they almost look afraid. Jesus could has the power to shoot them just as on the day he carried the cross he died for all sin. 

Forgiven

This Picture shows how faithfull Jesus is. He holds up a man beaten and unable to walk. The man is holding a mallet in his right hand and nails in his other hand, the very nails that held jesus to the cross. Jesus has forgien this man and is holding him up.
