He will do this many times with a grin on his face, and the challenge of getting to the top doesn't stop him from doing it again and again. But for him the slide down is the fun bit and that's why he keeps going.
Many things in our life can be that same thing. We seem to climb a long steep ladder only to get to a place where we can be proud of, and admire the view. Then we seem to slide down so quickly and hit the bottom with a thud.
So how can we make this bad slide down into something good?. I guess that's a question we all want an answer to.
Maybe we need to step back from the slide and take time to think of a way we can climb up the ladder better. Maybe we could STOP and look at what caused the slide down.
Jesus will always come to you if you ask him, and at the bottom of the slide (or in the low times) he can work with you to turn those bad things into good. He has done it time and time again because his plan is always better than we think.
