Why Christians go to Church?

One of my statuses last week on Facebook (AGAIN!!!) lead to a discussion been had with people saying ''you don't have to be a Christian to go to church. And sure Going to church doesn't make you a christian, but I was trying to do a blog about it, and was trying to state why its important for Christians to go to church or spend time with other Christians.
